I pay my subscription on time every month and it stopped working????

Why am I paying for something that doesn't work? This is the last time I'm going to send you a notice if nobody responds by this afternoon I'm going to cancel. Does your company "NOT" care about the users or the issues they care facing using your software? I know for a fact if a user stopped paying you would contact them immediately, but when it is the other way around you dont seem to care, nobody has gotten back to me in regards to my issue with your software.
