I took the monthly plan that promises GPT4, and then enabled GPT4 option that is there on the right hand side menu of the prpmpt box, and then asked "Which model are you? I want to ensure that my payment took effect" The answer was "I am a version of GPT3."

How can I be sure that I am really using GPT4?
