I'd like to emphasise that when I use Avira VPN, for example, the auto version (Pro) of you.com Chat works without any effort. While using Proton VPN, you.com doesn't work anymore. Could you therefore please get in touch with a Proton specialist to resolve this issue? I feel like a test subject.

I haven't been able to reach you.com for about 2 or 3 days. I usually use Proton VPN; without it, it works.
No chat works now. I have a Pro plan. When I go to Subscriptions, it says Pro Plan. When I go to a new chat, I always get this error message, and it switches to the free plan. I have tried different browsers and protocols. I cannot find out why it doesn't work with a VPN.
Before the last few days, I had to switch to my local country, and then it worked. Now, not even this method works anymore.
