Continuously getting error on claude models

I’m reaching out here because I’ve been continuously getting an error on all Claude models since last Thursday, and my emails to support have gone unanswered.
As a Pro subscriber, it’s disappointing to be locked out of a core feature for 4 days without any communication. Here is the specific Error "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later.

GPT models work fine, but I specifically pay for the Pro tier to use Claude. If I can't get a response or a fix, I won't be able to justify renewing my subscription next month.
Can someone please acknowledge this and let me know the status of a fix? I’d like to get back to using the full platform I’m paying for.
