As I upload a any such a file, I get an error :

This issue has been going on almost two weeks. Luckily, there was no error code, only errors appeared. But this time, there was an error code, so I send a bug report. I tried everything, so please solve this problem.

I am encountering a similar error to the one previously reported. Here is a description of the issue:
After uploading a file, I ask any question in the chat. In response, I consistently receive the following error message:
"Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later.
Our team is looking into it. If you would like to follow up on this issue, please visit our Feedback Portal or let us know on our Discord. Please include the following Error ID in your message:
c68fc8d7-c391-4f0a-a403-7cf7aced6340|e25be5a5-8e5f-4e8e-9a08-89c8e731cd81|2025-10-15T18:43:13.884Z"
The only thing that changes is the Error ID. Additionally, chats containing the error message are not saved.
Steps to reproduce:
Upload any file through the chat interface.
Ask any question in the chat.
Receive the error message as described above.
Expected Result:
The chat should process my question and respond accordingly.
Actual Result:
An error message appears every time, and the chat with the error is not saved.
