Getting error message: "Sorry something went wrong" for over 24 Hours

I've essentially been locked out of my account for the past 24 hours. No matter what I do, I get the error message: "🤖 Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later." The Error ID code is: 96d87e14-c635-4762-ad8b-75e82d9dd8f7|04c505c6-2f5d-429a-9ab7-2a97bdec5a24|2026-08-02T17:40:32.452Z

Steven, how was it fixed? I am experiencing the same problem.

It was "fixed" such that I was able to get it to repond to one prompt, then it immediately reverted to the "sorry..." response. This is ridiculous.
