Loss of History in Favorites

You.com cannot recover the chat history from any "favorites" but it still can for other recent history. This is worse than nothing if marking a "Favorite" disables history.
It worked 5 minutes ago, then I created a new agent, then no longer could see the chats.
We are trying to rely on You.com for business-critical events and this is a major risk, especially since you.com cannot facilitate file downloads to allow us to preserve data on our end.

As a follow-up, now all my chats disappear if I ever switch agents. This appears to be a new bug but is very detrimental to business process (and utilizing the memory of an existing conversation)
