Mobile app not recognising my subscription

The mobile app keeps not recognising my subscription every time I reopen it. I have to log off and then log in again every time I want to use it. It's getting really annoying

It's not complete the app defaults to the free plan

I am still in version 3.0.0 . How do I upgrade to 3.1 ? Play store is not offering any update. So I still experience this issue.

This issue should now be fixed in the latest version of the mobile apps, version 3.1.

Hi there! Sorry to hear that you've experienced this issue. Thanks for catching it and we've got a fix for it! Should be out soon in a form of an app update but in the meantime the workaround is to continue to log out and log back in.
