Mobile Loses Account Status

The android app continually loses the fact I'm a pro subscriber despite listing that as my status. I must log out and in to the app to repair.

We've rolled out the fix to 100% of mobile app users. Please update your Android and iOS apps to the to the latest version (v3.1.2 and v3.1.1, respectively).

My subscription on the android app is saying I have a free plan and I cannot make a new chat as it is saying I need to pay. This is worse than last time as before I could fidget and get it to work, now doesn't at all. Always says free. Version 3.1.3 (doesn't show any updates so this is the latest on the google play store). [Update tried a complete reinstall, looks to be working when fidgeting now, will update again if problems persist].

only on the app and I’m using an iPhone IOS 17.5 and my app is 3.11. I also singed off of the web it still did not help

Adding a report to this. I purchased the Pro plan through the app, and the app never acknowledged it. My account has no pro plan, but it was paid for while logged in.

Hopefully they get a fix for this, it was a reported problem before and they said they had fixed it. Obviously not!

Same here, keeps saying I am on the free plan!! Tried logging out uninstalling and still defaults to the free plan
