My you.com premium subscription is not recognized

I have you.com Pro subscription. But on web, this is not recognized.
My google play account clearly shows that the subscription is active until Nov 2025.
What is going on ?

Hi all, we're actively working to address this issue, apologies for the inconvenience.
In the meantime, this can be fixed by logging out and logging back in on the mobile apps.

Sami (from You.com) I'm having the same issue and when I try to create a custom agent unfortunately I'm being forced to the web. Even though I'm logged in on the web and it shows my pro plan I am still getting restrictions on number of sources it doesn't seem appropriate for the pro plan. It seems like sometimes the system doesn't recognize you have a pro plan in general

happened to me, but I gave up using the phone app since it doesn't support custom agents

when i login on my phone it shows that i have the PRO plan. when i logon with my computer it doesn't recognize that i have a PRO plan. asking if i want to upgrade to a pro plan.

Same here - having the same issue. originally had a monthly subscription. just upgraded to yearly - still doesn't recognize me
