Paid Pro+ subscription not active; no response from support

I encountered a critical issue with my You.com Pro+ subscription:
- Renewed subscription on July 30, 2024
- Pro features were active for several hours post-payment
- Pro access suddenly reverted/lost for days
- Stripe dashboard shows completed payment but no active subscription info
- Multiple support emails sent with zero response (not even auto-reply)
This situation has left me without access to the Pro features I've paid for. The lack of customer support response is particularly concerning.
Despite these issues, I want to express my appreciation for You.com's excellent service, especially the access to various AI models combined with search capabilities.
Suggestion for improvement: Consider enhancing the research mode system, which currently seems to be a bottleneck for the latest AI models. The current method of parsing the research query before passing a 'search query' to the AI model isn't always efficient or accurate. Sometimes the AI responds that it didn't receive a search query at all.
It would be beneficial if the research mode could be made compatible with the latest AI models, such as Claude 3.5 Sonnet. Claude offers tool systems that could enable more advanced search capabilities, potentially improving research results significantly.
Please address the subscription issue urgently and consider the suggested improvements to the research mode. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The same for me. The Pro subscription was active for 4 weeks, then neither the iPad or iPhone nor Web-App version doesn’t recognize my Pro subscription anymore.

I had the pro suscription and contacted them over querie limits in the chat I kept getting but wasn't getting help or answers about it then my subscription has now been canceled out of the blue.
