Hello! I'm having trouble recognizing my YouPro user. In the images, you can see that I've been a YouPro user since October 14, 2024, having purchased an annual plan. However, I've been having trouble using the tool in different ways: on my smartphone (app), on my tablet (app, and I've also tried using the browser). I'd like to resolve this as quickly as possible. I've already logged out of my user account and logged in again, but this problem persists and I'm not having access to the tool I purchased.
