For the past week and a half the mobile app has consistently returned the following in response to any query made : We're unable to fetch the response to your question - sorry about that. Please ask your question again.

I hadn’t had a chance to get back with you before now, but the issue is not resolved and is still presenting the same error message with any query. I’m currently using an iPhone 15 ProMax with iOS 18.3.1 (22D72). I’m unable to give you a link because the app no longer registers the query as having been made.

This is showing response is showing on all agents constantly. The app just isn’t working.

I’m having the exact same issue, and nothing seems to work! iOS device running the latest OS. The website seems to work though

I’ve deleted and reinstalled the iOS app from my phone already. I can still access you.com via browser but it’s much less convenient and at $20 a month it’s a little irritating that it’s not working.
