Recently, I have tried to cancel my chat subscription on the website, but it didn't let me cancel and still showed the renewal date. The RED BUTTON in the picture I attached does not seem to work, and it won't let me proceed with cancellation.

Please help me address this because I would rather not be charged when the renewal date comes. Thank you.
