I'm extremely inconvenienced by having to report this issue again, as it hasn't been resolved for over a week. I haven't received any feedback or updates, even though this bug has already been assigned to Joel Midden (original bug link: https://yousearch.canny.io/bugs/p/i-cant-use-youcom-on-my-laptop).
I have a premium account and I still can't use you.com on my computer; it barely works in my app. When I make any request or enter any prompt, it simply stays in an infinite "Thinking" loop, and after more than 10 minutes of staying in Thinking, it throws the error. Please ask for your attention and urgency in resolving this matter.
