Website does not recognize YouPro Membership

I had subscribed to you pro montly membership from Android Play Store and after using the premium for a couple of days I decided to upgrade my montly membership to annual To do that, i cancelled my monthly membership to rejoin after current billing cycle. However, after cancellation I can no longer access my pro benefits even though there is more than 20 days remained in the my monthly subscription.
Please fix this.
