I've experienced the same thing, this would be a HUGE win to have a button to scroll to the bottom. Hopefully it's not too hard to develop and deploy -- thanks for all the work you guys do! I love using You.com!

Just experienced the same. I was scrolling endless to the bottom and already used two thumbs to accellerate the scrolling speed :D

In the phone app. It starts the chat from the top, but not the bottom. If that is so, then why not put a jump to end of chat button somewhere so I am not having to scroll a billion times just to get closer to the bottom of the chat.
