My chat and pro subscription in the desk didn't carried over to the app, I wonder why

This issue is fixed in the latest version. Please upgrade to the latest version (3.1).

As a temporary workaround, you can open the chat history drawer and click the new chat button. It will refresh the YouPro status of the app.
