- Chat Retention: What is the exact retention period for chats in this "temporary" mode before they are permanently deleted?
- File Retention & Usage: For uploaded documents kept for "internal business needs", what is the specific retention period, and does this process involve human review?
- Third-Party Model Training: When a Pro plan query is processed by a third-party model (e.g., from Google, OpenAI, Anthropic), is our data used for their model training? Some providers like Anthropic state they do not use consumer data for training , while others may. What is the default policy for data sent from You.com Pro accounts to these partners?
