I have a suggestion for you.com that's very important and provide good user experience. When someone get answers through Chat function, the answer has no copy clipboard option, user must cope it by selecting whole text that's not good and creates difficulty for us.

It would be good that along three icons thumb up , down and share transcripts icons , there can be an icon of clipboard that copies answer text.
