Mobile site allows for document uploads, but the functionality is completely absent on the mobile app. That doesn't feel fair considering I pay for the service, yet free users are getting more functionality if they use the mobile browser.

Today it’s not possible to select a photo for upload in the Youchat from iOS photo gallery. There is an error message about the format. Suspect HIEC format causing issue
