No option to delete account besides mailing legal department?

It's ridiculous and seems possibly illegal to only allow accounts to be deleted after emailing your legal department and not have an option to do so. I will be contacting the FCC tomorrow on the legality

We have supported automated account deletion for several months now. Navigate to you.com/profile and you'll see a "Delete account" button.
