When in web the reference to the attached is show as [1] but in the mobile it shows as [1] (full_name_of_file.txt). this makes the display crowded when the same file is referenced multiple times in the answer.

You can probably ask it not to reference the full_name in the prompt. I've got tons of output tweaks in my prompt to avoid common you.com UI pitfalls. Just say in the prompt that you don't want that reference output.
