Could we add a button to scroll down in the chat? This would be really useful when reviewing past conversations. Additionally, it would be great if the chat could automatically scroll to the most recent messages when loading.

Hey Latte Lover, we do have this little scroll icon, is that what you mean?

Brian Sparker: that icon only appear on the last message, which is not very useful, everytime I log in to the chat I have to scroll it myself all the way down. I don't know if this is only on chrome or other browser as well
