The ability to select text of the ENTIRE chat and copy to word document or other text editor.

Currently I can only select one inquiry in a perhaps MUCH larger multi question chat and this would be incredibly time consuming and wasteful. The only other apparent means is to link myself to the chat which will of course not be available offline.

I requested that some time ago as well. They provided the ability to get specific responses of which Im grateful but getting the whole chat is pretty important as well in my view. 
I use the Chrome extension “Print Friendly” it’s one of the only ways I can get the whole chat. It adds a few irrelevant details like pulling in the ad references but it has an easy (though at times tedious) click to remove process to get rid of what you don’t want. 
Or of course you could go through the whole chat and download each response individually and make sure to number them to keep them in order.
