Following an unexpected charge on my account. I demand a refund.

I had access to your service via REVOLUT. However, without any consent or notification, I was suddenly charged for a Pro Subscription of 180 USD. I want to be clear, I didn't authorized this upgrade or any paid subscription.

I don't use this service and not interested at all.

Therfor, I kindly request a full refund of the 180 usd.
