you.com support doesn't reply to asked questions

I've reached out to you.com support with issues I've had, and no one gets back to me, not even an automated message confirming they received my message. I'm not sure why there is a contact sheet present if I don't get a response every time I reach out for support. My question is, why am I paying $200 per month and unable to see a dashboard icon in the top right of my screen? Still no answer, but my subscription fee is still collected. I signed up for this subscription level to get assistance with managing my online business analytics and optimizing its functionality. The first thing I need access to is my API, but to get to that, I need to click on 'dashboard' in the top right-hand corner. My problem is that there is no dashboard button to click on, not even for $200 per month. Obviously, the first thing I do is reach out for help through the support link. I can't get a reply from that link, so I'm assuming that even with AI, you.com hasn't quite figured out the customer service aspect, which makes me question how it can be productively helpful in streamlining my business's effectiveness. Does anyone know how to get a hold of someone at you.com to resolve a question and a UI issue so I can get on with my business functions?
