I un-installed, I cleared data storage, and I still am listed as having a free account after having my cc charged for a monthly pro plan.
Who on earth can I contact about this and why is your only support option a bug reporting site? You know normal users don't know how to report bugs and this isn't free open source software, either.... how is anyone supposed to contact billing?
