When I select Claude Opus 4.5 or 4.6 as a model and upload an image, I get the error message that files for this model can be up to 5MB in size and an error message in the chat. In fact, the model has a limit of 30MB, so everything should actually work, instead, the chat crashes with almost every uploaded image.
